Strange poem

There

It's something there

In the hidden wind
In the broken air

Where the waters speak
And the rain drops sing
Whispers of despair

Where the ground has voices
Millions of choices
Hidden there like treasures
Lying there forever

The trees surround our hopes
Keeping them caught in their branches
For the hazard of our destiny
And for the lonely traveller
Looking for fruits inside wooden shells.

Looking for sadness when the sky is blue
Looking for white clouds when they see the moon
Searching for the sun
In the darkest night
Trying to find stars
When the shiny day has killed their light.

It's right there in the fire
Setting free its incense illusion
With small perfumed particles
Everlasting confusion
Right there in the sparklings
That give birth to other little bright spots
- Stars that will never extinguish.

Movie

Recently I've seen this movie, ,,Cloverfield'', and a friend of mine said that it was absolutely stupid...:D
Well...that depends on how you take it: if you take it as a SF movie, maybe she was right but I didn't take it like that...I think it's not really a SF movie, but a love story; not really an action movie, but a metaphor :) Metaphor of what?...Of how hard it is for some people to realize and value what they already have; maybe what they have near them.

The main character , Rob, was on the point to leave everything and everyone, and especially the girl who loved him, Beth; normally, he would have gone where he had to (to Japan) but something happened; in extreme situations, everything changes suddenly and you stop seeing what's not essential; some situations just open your eyes and make you see the ones you should be near, the ones you shold love...the darkness and chaos outside can put a light inside you...

Image

This is a picture I took from the cabin lift, couple of weeks ago; It took me some time to realize that what I was seeing in front of my eyes was the shadow of the cabin lift - there is a shadow for every thing in this world, I thought....:)

Snow

Few days ago, we had here something that I was missing a lot: snow!!! On january 3 in the morning, I felt like a child again when I looked outside: the cars looked like giant cream-cakes (completely covered by snow), and the entire lansdcape seemed to be covered with a thick layer of sugar powder :)
